Qoviobooks is an independent bookkeeping and accounting practice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks®, Quicken®, and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. and are used solely to describe the platforms we work within. Any reference to QuickBooks refers to the software product, not an affiliation with Intuit.
2. Description of Services
We provide bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, payroll processing assistance, and related recordkeeping services as described on our Site and in your service agreement or subscription plan. Services are performed based on the information and access you provide; the accuracy of our output depends on the completeness and accuracy of the records and information you share with us.
3. Not Tax, Legal, or Audit Advice
We are not a CPA firm, law firm, or tax advisory service unless separately disclosed. Our tax-related assistance is limited to organizing and preparing books for your tax filer or CPA; we do not file taxes on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing. Nothing on this Site or in our services constitutes legal, tax, or advice, and you should consult a licensed professional for such matters.
4. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Billing

- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise agreed

5. Cancellation
